Lend a Helping Hand for the Holidays!
Each year, AVANCE-Austin families, staff, and supporters gather to connect over a joyous holiday meal. This party is a way to celebrate our community’s most deserved families with music and games. Volunteers are a huge part of what makes this event successful, so we invite YOU to help spread the holiday cheer!
Multiple Volunteer Shifts Available!
Join us at a time that fits your schedule! Volunteer shifts can be come-and-go and we appreciate any amount of time you are able to give. If the shifts below do not fit your schedule, don’t hesitate to reach out. We would love to create a shift that works for you!
- Greeting Families – 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Games & Crafting Stations – 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Serving Lunch – 12:00 – 1:30 PM
- Clean Up Crew – 1:30 – 2:30 PM
