COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:

The AVANCE-Austin Event Committee, comprised of Board Members and others leaders within the community, have set forth the following measures to minimize the probability of COVID-19 transmission:

• All guests are required to show proof of COVID-19 Vaccination(s) upon check-in of the event, by either showing a valid COVID-19 vaccination card or a photo of a valid COVID-19 vaccination card. Photos can be emailed before the event to ensure a contactless transaction at your convenience. Failure to show proof of valid COVID-19 vaccination card will result in denied access to the event.
• All guests are required to wear face masks that cover both nose and mouth at all times during the event, except while eating or drinking.
• All guests are encouraged to use the hotel provided, contactless hand-sanitizing stations upon check-in and before/after eating.
• All guests are encouraged to use a color-coded system, provided by AVANCE-Austin, to indicate level of comfortability in guest contact.
• All guests are encouraged to stay home when appropriate: positive test result within 10 days, had close contact within 5 days, and/or are showing symptoms for COVID-19.

Parking:     

As an AVANCE-Austin guest, you are permitted to valet at the hotel with a 50% discount ($27). **

**Other options for parking include the Austin Convention Center parking garage across the street ($12), or the Laz Parking lot ($15) located conveniently nearby on Trinity St. We recommend carpooling with your guests and arriving early as there is limited space within these lots.
