DESCRIPTION:To our incredible AVANCE-Austin friends & family:\nWhile we would have loved to invite you to be our guest at this year’s Valor y Sueños annual luncheon\, the safety of each of you is of utmost importance. Our original plans for our fall event have been reinvented\, and we have decided to make Valor y Suenos a month long fundraiser from September 15th—October 15th. As you know\, these last few months have been challenging for everyone due to COVID-19. Our team was tasked with continuing to provide service to our Austin families in the safest way possible. We have managed to provide all of our programming virtually to our families and have provided each with a tablet to keep them learning and growing as a family. This new programming\, curriculum\, and technology have come with a price tag that we hope to offset during this month-long fundraiser. \nThere are so many ways for you to participate during this time\, and we are so grateful for all your support. In addition to sponsorship opportunities and raffle tickets\, you will be able to make a gift at any time. The campaign will conclude on October 15th with a virtual celebration and program. If you aren’t able to participate at any point during this 30-day campaign\, please save the date for our “Valor y Suenos Under the Stars” Movie on the Lawn on March 4th. We will be showcasing the documentary “No Small Matter”\, a film featuring the work of Avance.
